Refunds and Shipping

Please allow 1-5 days for your order to ship. Most of our items are handmade and made to order. As such, we are unable to offer refunds on our items. We want all of our customers to be pleased with their purchases. Any returns or exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis with no guarantee of intended outcome. We are unable to reimburse for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Due to the nature of the product, some orders may be delayed to allow proper curing time of resin. This may add up to 1 week to the shipping estimate.

Let’s face it. We all love free shipping. Now all of our shopping is done on Amazon Prime. I would love to offer the same kind of savings on shipping. But unfortunately my items are predominantly oversized and heavy so the shipping costs are increased. I choose to use UPS 2 day shipping to ensure no packages get lost and everything arrives to you in a timely manner. Thank you all!
